Artichoke Seafood Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen artichoke hearts, cooked as directed
    2 cans Cheddar cheese soup
    1 lb. shrimp, lobster or crab meat (take your pick or combine them)
    2 c. Minute rice, cooked just a little
    3 c. water
    1/2 c. dry sherry
Preparation
    Bake 1/2 hour at 350\u00b0.
