Lemon Bread - cooking recipe

1/3 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. almond extract
1/2 c. milk
1 medium lemon
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Melt butter. Add sugar and eggs; beat. Add extract and milk; grate all lemon peel. Set lemon aside. Add flour, baking powder and salt. Grease and flour bread pan. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 70 minutes. Juice your lemon. Add 1/4 cup sugar.
