Skillet Chicken Divan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in strips
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. water
    1 Tbsp. sherry wine
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli spears, thawed
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Cook and stir chicken in hot oil in large skillet until brown. Add water, wine, broccoli spears and soup; bring to boil.
    Stir in rice and cover.
    Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes. Fluff with fork and sprinkle with cheese.
