Caramel Crumb-Top Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 1/2 c. canned sliced apples
    1/3 c. thin cream
    3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1/4 c. flour
    dash of salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1/4 c. butter
Preparation
    Mix flour and 1 tablespoon sugar together and sprinkle on bottom of pie shell.
    Place apple slices in shell and pour the cream over them.
    Combine 3/4 cup sugar and cracker crumbs, flour, salt, pecans and cinnamon.
    Sprinkle over the apples.
    Heat together butter and caramel sauce, stir until well blended and pour over the topping.
    Bake in a moderate oven (350\u00b0) for one hour.
