Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pastry for 9-inch 1 crust pie
    1 egg white, slightly beaten
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornmeal
    1 Tbsp. flour
    3 eggs
    2 medium lemons
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
    3 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    Preheat
    oven
    to 400\u00b0.
    Prepare pastry.
    Line a 9-inch Redi Pan deep dish pie pan with pastry.\tFlute edges and prick with fork.
    Brush
    lightly
    with egg white.
    Bake 10 minutes; cool. Reduce oven to 350\u00b0.
