Ingredients

8 c. milk
4 Tbsp. rice
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
cinnamon to taste (optional)
nutmeg to taste (optional)
Preparation

Combine ingredients and pour into large baking dish.
Bake at 225\u00b0 for 6 hours.
Stir every 1/2 hour.
