Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can pink salmon (use juice, but remove skin and bones)
    3 slices bread, torn in small pieces
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 tsp. grated fresh ginger (optional)
Preparation
    Mix well and shape into thin patties.
    Fry in very little oil until browned.
