Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 ripe bananas
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. melted butter
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 can smashed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation

Mash ripe bananas with a fork.
Stir in sugar, egg, flour, melted butter, baking soda and salt.
Pour into a buttered loaf pan and bake for 45 minutes at 325\u00b0.
