Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    2 1/2 c. unsifted flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Sift the dry ingredients together.
    Cut in shortening. Dissolve yeast in warm water and add with milk to dry ingredients; mix well.
    Turn out on lightly floured board; add more flour as needed and roll to 1/4-inch thickness.
    Cut, then dip in melted butter and fold to make pocket book rolls or stack several together.
    Place on well-greased pan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
