Hot Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    6 Tbsp. cocoa (unsweetened)
    pinch of salt
    1 c. water
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Mix sugar, flour, cocoa and salt in small pan. Add water and mix.
    Heat, stirring so as not to stick. Cook until thick. Remove from stove. Add vanilla and butter.
    Mix well. Ready to use. Can be stored in a jar in the refrigerator and reheated in a pan of hot water or microwave.
