Marseilles Lamb Burger - cooking recipe
Ingredients

20 oz. lean ground lamb
1 1/2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp. Bermuda onion, chopped fine
2 tsp. dill pickles, chopped fine
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together (be sure to keep the mixture cold).
Form into 5 ounce patties and broil or barbecue to juicy perfection.
Serve on a multi-grain bun with favorite condiments. Yield:
4 servings.
