Stir-Fry Broccoli And Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. broccoli, thinly sliced
    4 to 5 oz. chicken, cut in thin slices
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    1/4 c. ginger ale
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/4 c. thinly sliced onions
    cooked rice
    turmeric
Preparation
    Stir-fry onions, meat and broccoli in oil.
    Some sticking may occur.
    When meat has lost its pink color, add ginger and stir. Add ginger ale and soy sauce.
    Cook until sauce reduces a bit, 1 to 5 minutes, leaving vegetables still crisp.
    Serve with turmeric rice (cook rice with a sprinkling of turmeric, will color rice). May want to double recipe.
    Can be used with beef, venison, pheasant, turkey, etc.
