Watermelon And Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1 egg
Preparation
    Add a little water and mix until combined.
    With floured hands, pinch off small pieces of dough and roll into \"cigar\" shapes.
    Place on floured surface.
    Peel potatoes; slice and boil until partially done.
    Slice onions.
    In frying pan, bring to boil 3/4 cup water and 2 tablespoons Crisco (larger pan, more Crisco). Place noodles in frying pan until bottom of pan is covered (single layer).
    Then put a layer of potatoes and a layer of onions.
    Cook at medium heat in covered frying pan until noodles are browned on the bottom.
    Serve with a slice of watermelon.
