Butter Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. yeast
2 c. lukewarm water
1 c. sugar
1 c. butter
6 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 tsp. salt
9 c. flour
Preparation

Mix yeast, water and two tablespoons sugar.
Add melted butter and the rest of the sugar.
Mix in eggs.
Mix well.
Sift together flour and salt.
Mix well with liquid ingredients.
Let rise two hours.
Stir down.
Don't knead.
Roll out or set in refrigerator.
