Raisin Bread For Diabetics - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. grated orange rind
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 c. warm water
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 Tbsp. unsweetened orange juice
    1 egg, beaten
    vegetable spray
Preparation
    Combine the first 5 ingredients.
    Dissolve yeast in a cup of warm water; mix well.
    Pour in flour mixture; blend well.
    Place dough in a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Spray top
    with vegetable spray.
    Cover; let rise until double in size (85\u00b0 for 1 hour). Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
