Mother'S Jam Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. butter
    4 c. flour
    4 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. blackberry or raspberry or strawberry jam
    1 c. milk
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Combine eggs, sugar, butter, vanilla, milk and a cup of jam; mix well.
    Add flour, spices, raisins and nuts.
    Makes a large 5 layer cake.
    Bake each pan about 15 to 20 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
