Peanut Butter Cup Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks margarine
1 1/3 c. crushed graham crackers
1 c. creamy peanut butter
2 1/3 c. confectioners sugar
11 oz. pkg. milk chocolate bits
Preparation

Mix crumbs and margarine.
Add peanut butter and confectioners sugar; mix thoroughly.
Pat mixture in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
Melt chocolate chips in a double boiler over medium-low heat.
When melted, spread evenly over pan mixture.
Cool in refrigerator until chocolate is firm.
Before cutting, let pan get to room temperature or squares will crack into pieces.
