Meatless Protein Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked rice
    1/2 c. wheat germ
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 c. mushrooms, diced
    3/4 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 eggs, well beaten
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Pour into well-oiled loaf pan. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
