Turkey Sausage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground turkey
1 tsp. ground or grated lemon peel
1/2 tsp. sage
1/2 tsp. marjoram
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. savory
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. coriander
1 pulverized bay leaf (1/8 tsp.)
whole wheat bread crumbs (optional)
Preparation

Mix spices and sprinkle gradually into ground turkey, blending well.
If desired, mix 2 parts sausage to 1 part whole wheat bread crumbs.
Refrigerate overnight, if possible, to blend seasonings. Make patties and cook in nonstick skillet; use oil, if necessary.
