Stuffing For Tomatoes, Peppers Or Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 Tbsp. vegetable oil or shortening
1 bunch green onions, chopped fine
1 clove garlic, minced or pressed
1 green pepper, chopped fine
2 c. cooked rice
2 small cans shrimp
1/4 tsp. curry
1/2 c. pimiento, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Heat oil
or
shortening
and cook green onions, garlic and green
pepper until tender.
Add remaining ingredients and mix carefully,\tso
as\tnot to break shrimp.
Fill 6 tomatoes, peppers or\tcabbage
leaves
and
set in baking pan.
Sprinkle tops with bread
crumbs.
Pour
tomato
sauce around them and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
