Fresh Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. fresh corn
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    pepper to taste
    3 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Combine corn with butter, milk, flour, salt and sugar in bowl. Add eggs; mix well.
    Pour into greased 1-quart baking dish. Place dish in baking pan half filled with boiling water.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours or until pudding is set.
    Yield:
    6 servings.
