Tabouleh - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. medium bulgar wheat
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 medium clove garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. crushed mint leaves
    1 medium tomato, diced
    6 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/4 c. sliced green onions
    romaine lettuce
Preparation
    Pour 2 1/2 cups boiling water over bulgar; let stand 15 to 20 minutes.
    Drain well.
    To make dressing, stir together lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, salt and mint leaves.
    Toss bulgar with dressing, tomato, parsley and green onions.
    Cover and refrigerate 4 hours to blend flavors.
    Serve salad on a platter lined with romaine leaves.
    Makes 4 1/2 cups.
    Serves 8.
