Best Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Parkay sticks
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs, separated
    2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    4 mashed ripe bananas
    3/4 c. pecans
Preparation
    Cream the butter in a bowl. Add sugar and egg yolks.
    Add dry ingredients alternately with mashed bananas. Add nuts and beaten egg whites.
    Pour into greased loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes for a 9 x 5 x 3-inch pan or 1 hour for 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch pan or 50 to 60 minutes for 4 mini loaves.
