Chicken In Sake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken
    garlic salt to your taste
    1 egg, well beaten
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. sake
    1/2 c. shoyu
    vegetable oil for deep frying
Preparation
    Cut chicken into
    small pieces and sprinkle with garlic salt. Dip in egg\tmixture
    and
    coat
    with
    flour.
    Deep fry. Combine sake, shoyu and sugar and cook together until sugar is dissolved. Place chicken in a shallow pan and brush on glaze. Bake in the oven for about 5 minutes at 350\u00b0.
