Special Jellied Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon jello
1 pkg. lime jello
2 c. hot water
1 lb. cottage cheese
1 (No. 1) can crushed pineapple
1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. salad dressing
1 Tbsp. horseradish
1 tsp. salt
nuts and cherries
Preparation

Mix cottage cheese and evaporated milk.
Add horseradish and salad dressing to mixture.
Refrigerate jello until partially set. Fold into the first mixture.
Chop cherries and nuts; add to mixture.
Pour into mold; chill until firm.
Unmold on lettuce lined plate.
Serves about 10.
