Garden Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sweet relish, drained
1 c. chopped cucumber
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1/2 c. radish slices
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Gradually add mayonnaise to cream cheese, mixing until well blended.
Stir in relish and mustard.
Add remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
Spoon into lightly oiled 9-inch spring-form pan with ring inserted.
Chill several hours or overnight.
Unmold and garnish with cucumber slices and radishes, if desired.
Serves 6 to 8.
