Zucchini Pie(1 Pie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 c. Milnot
1 egg
1 c. grated zucchini
2 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. butter

Preparation

Put all in blender until smooth.
Pour in 8-inch pie shell. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Turn oven to 300\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
