Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. baking soda
    2 eggs, beaten well
    2 c. sugar
    4 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. Grape-Nuts cereal
Preparation
    Set aside milk mixed with
    vinegar.
    Add baking soda.
    Beat the eggs well.
    Add sugar, flour and baking powder.
    Add milk mixture and blend.
    When mixed well, add Grape-Nuts.
    Mix and pour into 2 greased bread pans and bake for 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Bread will rise in the center and burst open.
    Pierce center with a long toothpick.
    If it comes out clean, the bread is done.
    Remove from the pans after 20 minutes.
