Broccoli Pasta Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. macaroni
    10 oz. fresh or frozen chopped broccoli
    1 1/2 c. (12 oz.) cottage cheese
    1 (15 oz.) can spaghetti sauce
    1/2 c. part-skim Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Cook macaroni; drain and set aside.
    Microwave (High) broccoli for 7 to 8 minutes; drain and set aside.
    Combine cooked macaroni and cottage cheese in a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish and microwave (High) 3 to 4 minutes; stir once.
    Spread evenly in casserole dish.
    Top with broccoli, then spaghetti sauce.
    Cover and microwave (High) 4 to 5 minutes; turn dish once.
    Top with cheese and microwave 1 minute or until cheese is melted.
    Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
    Serves 5.
