Corn Crisps - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cornmeal
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. boiling water
    4 Tbsp. (1/2 stick) melted margarine
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Spray 3 cookie sheets with vegetable spray.
    Mix cornmeal and salt in bowl and pour in boiling water slowly, stirring to keep lumps from forming.
    Stir in margarine.
