Black Walnut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked pie shell
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. light corn syrup
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. chopped black walnuts
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Combine sugars and corn syrup in a saucepan.
    Heat just to boiling.
    Remove from heat.
    Add butter.
    Stir until butter melts. Gradually\tstir
    a
    little hot mixture into eggs.\tAdd warmed eggs
    to
    mixture.\tStir
    in
    black walnuts.
    Combine 1 tablespoon flour and 1 tablespoon sugar.
    Sprinkle over bottom of pie\tcrust. Pour
    walnut mixture into the pastry.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes or until filling is set.
