Polly Ann'S Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium potatoes, boiled in the skin
    1 or 2 hard-boiled eggs, fork mashed
    1/3 c. chopped celery
    1/2 to 2/3 c. mayonnaise
    2 1/2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    salt to taste
    paprika
    chopped parsley
Preparation
    Peel and halve potatoes and slice.
    Add eggs, celery, mayonnaise, vinegar, salt and blend thoroughly.
    Adjust seasonings to taste.
    Sprinkle all over the paprika and garnish with parsley.
