Hot And Spicy Jerky - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 lb. venison
3/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. chili powder
2 pinches cayenne pepper
1 tsp. each: garlic salt, onion salt, spicy brown mustard, Tabasco sauce and ground pickling spice
a pinch each: allspice, dill seed and ground cloves
Preparation

Cut venison into 1/4-inch strips.
Combine ingredients for marinade.
Marinate venison for 24 hours.
Place toothpicks through ends of strips.
Hang on rack in oven.
Place rack on highest setting.
Set oven at 150\u00b0.
Bake 4 to 6 hours.
