6 c. flour
2 1/2 c. shortening
1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation

Mix together flour, shortening and salt for 2-crust pie. Measure out 2 1/4 cups mixture.
Add 1 tablespoon vinegar and 1 tablespoon sugar.
Chill 1/4 cup water before adding to measured mixture.
Let crust rest before rolling out.
