Chicken Waldorf Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. chopped, cooked chicken breast
1 1/2 c. cubed red Delicious apple
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. seedless red grape halves
3 Tbsp. raisins
2 Tbsp. chopped walnuts
1/4 c. nonfat sour cream
1/4 c. vanilla low-fat yogurt
1/4 tsp. salt
5 c. loosely packed torn romaine lettuce

Combine

a medium bowl; toss gently.
Combine
sour cream, yogurt and salt in a small bowl, stirring
well.
Add
sour
cream
mixture to chicken mixture, tossing well.
Place 1 cup lettuce on plate and top with 1 cup chicken
mixture.
Yields 5 servings.
