Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
    1/2 c. oil
    3 eggs
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1 onion, chopped
    2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Pour into greased 9 x 12-inch pan. Cook at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
