Moist Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
    1 egg
    1 c. crushed saltines
    1 small can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl; pour into a loaf pan. Spread ketchup over top of meat loaf.
    Cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    Remove foil and bake about 5 more minutes.
