Brownie Mud Puddle Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 squares unsweetened baking chocolate
3/4 c butter or margarine
2 c sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c flour
1 c cold milk
1 pkg. chocolate instant pudding
10 oreo chocolate cookies, crushed
Preparation

Microwave chocolate and butter in large bowl on high for 2 minutes or until butter is melted.
Stir until chocolate is melted. Stir in sugar.
Blend in eggs and vanilla.
Add flour and stir until well blended.
Spread into greased 12 inch pizza pan.
Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes, cool in pan.
Add milk to pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk until well blended.
Spread over brownie, leaving a 1 inch border around the edge.
Sprinkle with crushed cookies.
