Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. Wesson oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. chopped apples
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped dates
    1 c. nuts
    2 c. chopped apples
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream the sugar, oil, eggs and 1 cup apples.
    Sift dry ingredients together and add to creamed mixture.
    Add the dates, nuts, 2 cups chopped apples and vanilla.
    Place in ungreased pan. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 to 15 minutes.
