Shrimp Curry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1/2 lb. green seedless grapes, cut in half
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    4 Tbsp. sour cream
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 lb. fresh shrimp or 2 c. cooked shrimp
    2 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Chop onion; saute in margarine.
    When onion turns yellow, add undiluted soups, then add curry powder, grapes, salt and pepper. Add sour cream, lemon juice and shrimp just before serving.
    If uncooked shrimp are used, cook according to directions before adding.
    After all ingredients are added, heat thoroughly.
    Serve over cooked rice.
