Ingredients

1/2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. grated onion
1 egg (unbeaten)
1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1 1/4 c. grated raw potatoes
Preparation

Sift together into a large bowl the first 4 ingredients.
Add the next 5 ingredients and beat well until all are well blended. Fry on preheated griddle, turning to brown on both sides.
This recipe makes about 10 medium-sized pancakes.
