Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 Tbsp. pepper
    1 egg
    3 to 4 green bell peppers, cored
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Mix ground beef, rice, onion, salt, pepper and egg together. Divide meat into equal portions; stuff peppers.
    Place in roaster and cover with tomato sauce and water.
    Bake slowly for 2 to 3 hours at 300\u00b0 or until peppers are soft and beef is done inside.
