Squash Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked squash, drained (yellow or zucchini)
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 can cream of chicken soup, with enough water to rinse can
    2 c. corn bread, crumbled
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3/4 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 stick oleo
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimentos
    Parmesan cheese (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except Parmesan cheese.
    Pour into a buttered 8 x 8 x 2-inch casserole.
    Top with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
