Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked and drained squash
1/4 tsp. salt
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 small chopped onion
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
1 stick margarine
2 c. seasoned stuffing
1/2 small jar red pimentos
Preparation

Melt margarine and mix with stuffing.
Put half in bottom of pan or casserole dish.
Combine all the ingredients and put in dish.
Add remaining stuffing on top.
Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
