Slow Ball Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large round loaf crusty bread
2-8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
3 cans chopped clams, drain and save 1/4 C. liquid
2 Tbsp. grated onion
2 Tbsp. beer
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
Raw veggies for dipping
Preparation

Cut top from bread with sharp knife.
Hollow loaf leaving 1 1/2 to 2 inch thick shell.
Cut bread into cubes and set aside.
