Twice Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 1/2 c. sour cream onion dip
    1 stick oleo
Preparation
    Wash 4 to 5 potatoes; cook in microwave until middle is soft. Cut and scoop middle out; put in bowl.
    Add Parmesan cheese, sour cream onion dip and oleo.
    Beat all together.
    After mixed together, scoop back into middle of potatoes.
    Put back in microwave for 5 to 7 minutes.
