Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) baked pie shell
1 c. sugar
2 egg whites
2 c. fresh or frozen strawberries
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation

Place berries and sugar in a pan over low heat.
Bring to a boil.
Add cornstarch, smoothed in a little water.
Stir until thick; remove from heat.
Let cool.
Pour in pie shell and spread meringue from egg whites over pie and brown.
