Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    2/3 c. cocoa
    pinch of salt
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 stick margarine
Preparation
    Mix first 3 ingredients. Add milk; blend good. Cook on high until mixture starts to boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to medium. Cook on medium until mixture starts to thicken. Test mixture in a bowl of cold water. If mixture forms ball, remove from heat. Add vanilla and margarine. Beat by hand until thickened. Pour in buttered plate or square bowl. Cut into squares before it gets cold.
