Fluffy Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 egg whites, at room temperature
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. Karo light corn syrup
1 to 1 1/4 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

In small bowl with mixer at high speed, beat egg whites, cream of tartar and salt until stiff peaks form.
Gradually beat in sugar until smooth and glossy.
Gradually beat in corn syrup and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
If desired, beat in food coloring.
Will cover a 9-inch layer cake or a 13 x 9 x 2-inch cake.
