Turtle Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 small can evaporated milk
3/4 c. butter
1/2 lb. chocolate
1 c. chopped pecans
1 lb. caramels
Preparation

Mix cake mix according to directions.
Pour 1/2 of mix into prepared pan (9 x 13-inch).
Bake 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Melt caramels, butter and milk.
Pour over baked cake.
Sprinkle chopped nuts and chocolate over caramel mixture.
Pour rest of cake batter over ingredients and bake 20 minutes longer at 350\u00b0.
Remove from oven and let cool.
Cut in squares.
